I hope you enjoy your visit. If you're looking for something specific, check out the links to posts by category in my sidebar and down a ways. They'll assist with tracking down different types of posts found on each of my three blogs. You might also enjoy checking out the other sites: Sacred Ruminations, Blog Rolls, Bling & Blurbs, and Happily Retired Gal.

I hope you'll look around & leave comments
then visit me at my new blog ...

Giraffe Journal

and/or website ... Labyrinth Journal
both self-hosted at WordPress
where I publish as myself
rather than under a
pseudonym.

I've not had much time for posting or blog visits, but if you're interested I hope you'll find time to check out my new blog, Giraffe Journal or my Labyrinth Journal website ... both self hosted at WordPress.

Haiku Friday #95 - Morning Musings ...

Friday already?
Time slips by so quickly these
days ... where does it go?

One flat of pansies
in the ground and hopefully
the rest planted soon ...

Creating my new
Happily Retired Gal
blog at WordPress has

kept me busy and
if you haven't visited ...
I hope you'll drop by ;--)

If you decide to
keep a daily gratitude
list in your sidebar

feel free to 'snag' the
lovely logo Joy gave me
quite some time ago

Thank you Joy

underneath my list
to the right in my sidebar
and invite others

to participate
by listing one thing per day
through the holidays

that they're grateful for ...
Wouldn't it be fun to see
such lists everywhere?

Click for others participating in Haiku Friday this week.
Haiku Friday Sky Watch is at Happily Retired Gal
Haiku Friday #94 is at Sacred Ruminations.

I forgot to share my blog type results from yesterday. Here we go:
ESFP - The Performers
The entertaining and friendly type. They are especially attuned to pleasure and beauty and like to fill their surroundings with soft fabrics, bright colors and sweet smells. They live in the present moment and don´t like to plan ahead - they are always in risk of exhausting themselves.

The enjoy work that makes them able to help other people in a concrete and visible way. They tend to avoid conflicts and rarely initiate confrontation - qualities that can make it hard for them in management positions.

The second paragraph is so right on the money that it's scary :o)
Have a wonderful weekend!

Storyteller,

What a beautiful idea. I'm going to do it.

I love it that you make and share tamales. That is quite sufficient and I would be glad to include it in the baking challenge. My idea was to get everyone involved to do something for others. This fits perfectly. Thanks for participating.

Hugs,
Mary

You always present your haiku's with such fluidity. Do you think in haiku :)

I love the grateful list on your sidebar! I love doing a mental list of these things at the end of each day :)

Time IS flying WAY too fast! I wish it would just slow down a bit. :)

Beautiful haiku, as always! Are you on Twitter? @yoga_mama does daily gratitude games... although I think it's a year-round thing, not a holiday one.

I also started an additional blog on Wordpress. How do you like it? I'm finding it pretty user-friendly, although I don't care for the latest changes.

I'm imagining what fabulous weather you must be having to be planting pansies!

Wow--still planting flowers?! It actually snowed today, here in Maryland! There will be no gardening for many months!
