What a good post you have here! I love the pictures of the peace sign. :)

I know you're extremely busy these days, but I had to giggle over your comments about being tired confused. :)

Betty – Thanks … and I am having a great (if busy) week! I just returned from running errands and walking Molly after attending my Photoshop class and am hoping to catch up here this afternoon and/or tomorrow.

PicturingOfLife – I’m glad to know you liked them. These quotes ‘spoke’ to me last night while putting the post together, and I’ll definitely visit yours ... though may not get there today.

AndrĂ©e – Words inspire me too ;--)

InspirationAlley – I’m happy you enjoyed them.

Hootin’ Anni – Me too … and yes, they do. I’ll look forward to seeing what you did with HoTs as soon as time permits.

Skittles – Thanks. I found the images at Photobucket and used the HTML codes (now that I’ve learned how to do that) so clicking on the pictures takes you to the creator. As for my multiple errors last night … I couldn’t believe everything that went wrong, but I took it as a sign I needed to turn off the computer and do something else. I ended up watching Dancing With the Stars and am looking forward to seeing who will win this year tonight.

Phyl – What a lovely compliment … and hugs back atcha!

Akelamalu – I’m pleased to know you think so. Thanks for dropping by ;--)

Vixen – I was much too tired to be ‘creative’ myself, but am pleased with how I managed to pull things together from a variety of sources.

Raven – Thanks … and peace to you as well. I almost posted this HoTs at Sacred Ruminations and did ‘piece’ here, but just ran out of time and energy last night.

I appreciate all of you visiting and sharing your responses while I was ‘at class’ and running errands today. I should be able to see what you’ve done tomorrow because I intend to stay home all day ;--)

I totally agree with this. The only way to have peace is to be peace!

Whoof!! Hi Storyteller! This is a woofenderful HoT post. Did I ever tell you I rode a horse once when I was just a pup? We went woof the horses to a very peaceful place.

Enjoyed the peace sign and the lovely graphic.

I also enjoyed you collection post. I have a lot of books also, though I never set out to collect them but I'm an avid reader. They seem to accumulate quickly.

Thanks for sharing.

Hope all is well with you.
Blessings,
Mary

This seems to be part of a belief that's starting to take root in me--that by changing/healing ourselves, we change/heal the universe in some small, good way--that everything we do matters.

Beautiful!

Sue – Yes … it IS groovy and reminds me of the symbols of my younger days in the 1960s. I appreciate the compliment and loved your HoT Peace post too.

Peppylady – I remember. I visited you yesterday afternoon … mentioning that I ‘quote’ that song (of of my favorites) on my other blog at the top of my sidebar! Thanks for stopping by.

Karen of My Opinion Counts – I loved both the images when I found them at Photobucket! It’s such a good resource for things like this.

Alice – I suspect the ONLY way to lasting peace is to find it within … then live accordingly to the best of our ability. Gandhi told us to ‘be the chance we want to see’ and that’s what I’m trying to do.

Reba – Hmm … I suspect Molly would be too afraid of a horse to ride on its back, but it sounds like fun to me.

Shannon – Thanks ;--)

Sandy – I did have a marvelous Tuesday. After class I went to lunch with the two friends who are taking the class with me then I ran errands on the way home … stopping to shop for groceries at Trader Joes. I didn’t have time to visit as many blogs as I’d hoped but I’m doing my best to catch-up today.

Chuck – I love you two girl! Thanks for stopping by, but if you’re tired … rest! Sleep if possible, but then you know that.. LOL I wish I could take my own advice on this one. I’m running on empty at the moment and could use a nap myself … but if I do that I won’t sleep tonight and I need to be fresh for tomorrow’s class.

Mary – How nice of you to visit! I know I’m behind once more and haven’t been to your blog in a while. I’ve got more than 1000 unread posts again plus more than 350 unread emails again. Feels like a hopeless situation but I’m doing what I can … trying not to give in and mark them all as read.

Karen (Stagwoman) – I’m hoping we reach ‘critical mass’ on this idea soon because that’s when ‘real’ change occurs ;--)

Hope you’re all having a wonderful weekI appreciate all of you visiting my HoTs post with ‘images of peace’ and hope you’ve checked the box to receive follow-up comments so my responses come to you. If I’ve not been to your blog, I’ll do my best to get there soon.
