I do realize
many are weary of the
winter weather, but
here in Southern Cal
we are thrilled to finally
experience RAIN!
Today I share these
'cloudy sky collages' with
anticipation
of continuing
moisture falling ... building up
our water table.

hoping for at least five more
ending a long drought.

Great photos - glad you're getting the rain you need. We have a friend in N. California who was saying he needed rain too - I offered to box up some snow and send to him...
We have rain here through the weekend. We are elated. The farmers are very, very happy too.

You captured some beautiful pictures of the clouds, and I'm glad they are giving you some rain. We've been dry enough here for the past two years that we rejoice when it rains as well.

we need it too -- in spite of all the snow we had.
Last year at this time we had 12 feet of snow in the mtns. This year 4. Strange how the tide turns.
You can keep your rain, I'd rather have a mountain of snow. :)

I'm so glad you're getting all that much needed rain--woo hoo! It's actually been mild (upper 50s) this past week--though we did have a fire alert the past day (my first!). Really gusty winds, low pressure, and no precipitation are apparently the perfect conditions for fire.
