I've been READING Stephen King's DUMA KEY
and checking out some One Single Impression poets

and now
I'm watching TENNIS!

Yup ... discovered (accidentally) when I sat down for lunch
that the Pacific Life Open begins this weekend
and runs through the week

Karen said...: I'm Wintergreen flavored gum (cool, laid-back, go with the flow, never cause a fuss)--I'm not entirely certain it captures my essence. But I will say, it's how I WANT to be.

I couldn't get the shamrock one to work--I chose my shamrock, and a picture of a different appeared. I did it repeatedly, and the shamrock kept changing. Hmmm...maybe it's telling me I'm all the traits it came up with? Unselfish, intelligent, articulate, etc. Or maybe I'm just a mess?

My heart is yellow and green (caring, giving, forgiving, I bring objectivity and rationality to relationships).

Joyce – My blogging buddies began to think I was ‘addicted’ because I used them whenever I got busy or inspiration failed me for a post … so I’ve pulled back. That said … for all the reasons listed in this post, Sunday seemed a perfect time for sharing these. I’ll be over in a while to check on you ;--)

Betty – Thanks for sharing your results in comments. Did they seem to ‘fit’ or did they feel off?

Grandy – I’m glad you found them ‘interesting’ … and thanks for the ‘link-love’ today!!! I’m still trying to decide what ‘quote’ to choose for the ‘meme’ … and who to tag. Decisions, decisions.

Karen – I love ‘wintergreen’ much more than ‘peppermint’ as a flavor! Thanks for sharing the ‘general characteristics’ in comments. Sorry the Shamrock Quiz didn’t work for you. Must be a ‘glitch’ of some kind. The descriptors for your ‘heart’ seem accurate from my perspective. Yes … they do have appeal, don’t they? I’ve been really good lately about not using them, so it seemed like a good option when I found myself without inspiration and watching tennis yesterday.
