and no haiku yet to share.
Thinking all day long
nothing int'resting
on my mind today and so
I'll just say 'hello' ;--)
I did publish a
haiku on my other blog
earlier today
more creative than
this one so feel free to read
Mom's and Babies there.
I shall leave you with
this sign from a former post
that still cracks me up.
For a Mr. Linky to other Haiku Fridays
go to A Mommy Story or
Playgroups are no Place for Children.

Fun. Somehow I haven't been able to get inspired on the designated days. I'm very wordy when it should be Wordless Wednesday, I can't get poetically inspired on Friday for a Haiku. My Muse doesn't work on schedule???? I'm not very disciplined??? Something like that!!! I love reading the Haikus however!
I've had my uninspired Fridays too -- I find it harder to come up with haiku topics than post topics.
Rebecca – Thanks … I was really at wits end this afternoon. I did the one this morning then got busy with other things … kept it in the back of my mind but nothing occurred to me at all today … so I went with that. LOL
PJ – I know what you mean. I’m sometimes ‘wordy’ on Wednesdays … wordless on other days … but I usually have no trouble with generating a Haiku for each blog on Fridays. I don’t know what the problem was today.
MPJ – I usually write and post early. Today I was ‘distracted’ by other things and felt a bit crunched for time when I finally got around to it later in the afternoon. I almost let it go and did something else here … but didn’t know what that might be either ;--)
I appreciate each of your ‘forbearance’ today … and will endeavor to be more ‘creative’ next week.
Hugs and blessings,
That sign sounds like my sketchy mind most days.
Like the 'ku. Very cool.
And today's quote is awesome. Pretty much sums up my day.
Cute haikus, and I LOVE the quote. What a crack-up! :)
Love that sign it made me LOL!
Maggie – I cracked up when I first read the sign last summer and couldn’t resist taking the photo.
Melissa – This one came harder than usual … perhaps because I was tired when I tried to write it, but possibly because I tried too hard to come up with something clever.
Joyce – Thanks. Once I ‘relaxed’ and went with ‘whatever’ … the words just came.
Akelamalu – Adding the photo at the end was a bit of an afterthought, but it summed up my state of mind effectively ;--)
I always love finding comments in the morning … so thanks for taking the time to visit and share. I hope you’re having a wonderful weekend.
Hugs and blessings,
Even feeling inspired-less, you still turn out a good entry...nice!
Great haiku....
And love the thought for the day. That can't be any 'truer!!'
Karen – Ah … shucks … THANKS ;--)
Hootin’ Anni – Yup … sometimes the obvious gets overlooked.
I appreciate both of you taking time to share your thoughts and hope you’re enjoying your weekend. We’ve got ‘drizzles’ this morning in So Cal … April showers at the end of March???
Hugs and blessings,
Storyteller,
That sign is hilarious!! Thank you for sharing it!
Hugs,
Tina
Tina – I’m happy you enjoyed it as much as I do ;--)
