I loved the picture of Molly! She's gorgeous and that scarf suits her!

I enjoyed your mutterings...I didn't think of 'candles' but they are the most beautiful 'flicker' of all. And 'bald'...very clever, and as a dog owner I know....!

Mine are up too, at

Molly DOES look like she is resting, dear puppy. :)

Have a great Sunday. :)

Hootin’ Anni – I’m not sure the tennis balls would agree about how ‘cute’ it is … and when I’m cleaning up the pieces … I’m sometimes muttering under my breath, but thanks. I noted we both had ‘candles’ for Flicker.

SandyCarlson – Ah yez … shared rest! That’s exactly what it was … enjoying the company one another while resting after extended fun.

Geraldine – I’m glad you found them so. Methinks you might have been visiting me as I was visiting your blog. Let’s hear it for serendipity!

Raven – Thanks … she is, and it seems like you and Hootin’ Anni agree on #8 as your fav. I’m enjoying my patio as I type my responses this afternoon … the weather is a bit cool, but pleasant enough with a light jacket.

Mike – I enjoyed your ‘mutterings’ … thanks for letting me know you planned to do them.

Noah the Great – Thanks ;--)

Mama Zen – I do sit here whenever I can … usually in the early mornings and/or later afternoons when it’s shady like now.

Roswila – Thanks, I’m glad you enjoyed them. I guess you can tell I like blue ;--)

WillThink4Wine – Anytime … it’s her favorite thing to do when she’s tired from playing … and she’s very soft especially after a bath.

Joy – I’d love to sit with you and visit … sipping fresh lemonade made with lemons from my tree. You know how I love Haiku. I’m glad you enjoy it too.

Bellamocha – I’ve not had a chance to visit anyone’s mutterings yet today, but will try to drop by either later this evening or tomorrow. I’ll look forward to seeing yours.

Joyce – As you can see in this photo … try as she might, Molly couldn’t keep her eyes open and could barely hold up her head for 3-4 days, but after that she was her actively enthusiastic self.

To all – I’m delighted to find all your comments here this evening. It’s been another busy day but a pleasant one. I managed to visit some blogs, read & respond to some email, and post on both blogs in addition to trimming my lime tree, do some weeding & watering, play with & walk Molly, chat with my writing buddy, do some journaling, laundry, and clearing away of clutter … visiting with neighbors … and this evening I’ll read a while. I hope your day was delightful too. If I didn't get to your blog today, I'll do my best to visit tomorrow.
Hugs and blessings,

I received your message. I'm sorry you are having problems accessing.

Have you tried the blogger help section? I know one time it worked for me. But for the life of me I cannot recall what I had to do to correct it.

Thanks for taking the time to drop a note!

Misty Dawn – Thanks. Methinks dogs are wonderful teachers for those of us privileged to live with them. She DOES know how to enjoy the moments.

Ivanhoe – And well she should … because she’d been playing non-stop with fur-friends for TWO WEEKS. Fortunately we both had ample time to recover at home.

Irish Coffeehouse – Thanks … it’s all a distant memory at the moment, but I do recall feeling frustrated Monday morning. I’m happy that all’s been well since then and I’m hoping there will be no more problems logging on.

Karen – Thanks for ‘muttering along’ this week. Flicker meant candles for you and me both! I love the two references to ‘StarTrek’ … ‘cuz I’m a ‘trekkie’ too ;--)

Spacedlaw – What a unique response for ‘clouds’ … but perfect! I’ve never heard of ‘musemuggers’ and would like to know more about that.

Teric – I’m delighted you enjoyed the photos and haikus today.

Mary, the teach – Yup … Molly goes to ‘camp’ when I travel and it works out well for both of us because otherwise I’d be limited to places I can take her with me. If you Google ‘cage-free animal care’ you’ll probably find similar facilities where you live.

Tumblewords – The retreat was amazing … and I’m ever so grateful for the experience.

Mary – Thanks. Molly’s even prettier now that the scar under her left eye has healed.

Sandy – I am blessed to live in such lovely surroundings and try not to take any of it for granted.

Tina – Thanks for ‘muttering’ along and sharing your answers here. I remember ‘My Friend Flicka’ … one of my favorite TV shows as a kid. Mushroom chicken stir fry sounds delicious … as does a sectioned orange ;--)

Zoya – and thank YOU for teaching me a new word ;--)

To all– Thanks for visiting and sharing your thoughts. I apologize to be so slow with my responses. If I’ve not been to your blogs, I’ll do my best to visit on Saturday or Sunday.
Hugs and blessings,
