Haiku Friday #33 - Baby Beagle Update

Remember the day
Molly had a visitor ...
inside our backyard?

(clicking on the link above will take you to that Haiku
in case you missed it or forgot)

After a long search
we discovered the pooch lived
across the alley.

Apparently the
baby Beagle outwore his
welcome ... and has been

adopted by a
friend of my next door neighbor.
Buster is his name!

Soon Molly and I
will go visit Buster in
his new BIG back yard!

I love Buster's sign. I'm so glad he found a home with a big backyard. Nice he is close enough to visit, too.

Joyce – Heheheh … I just had to do a ‘follow up’ as a ‘Ku’ after learning of this ‘development’ last weekend. I suspect Molly and Buster will have a delightful ‘reunion’ when we get them together again.

Transplanting Me – The gal who ‘adopted’ Buster will provide him with a wonderful life ;--)

JJ! Thanks ;--)

Missus.Mint – Me too. I’d wondered about the beagle puppy because I hadn’t heard him ‘sing’ for a while and was relieved at how things turned out.

Eve – I’m proud of Buster’s sign because I made it myself at ImageChef after a fellow blogger told me of the site where it’s easy to do things like this. Yup … things have worked out well for the little pooch.

Thanks to each of you for stopping by and sharing your thoughts this morning. I hope you’re all having a fantastic Friday!

That quote about dogs is right on.

I can't say that I was directly inspired by your haiku, since my subject is different, but I decided to give Haiku Friday another shot.

Best to you!

Aww! So glad to hear Molly has a friend to visit and Buster has a new Big yard to play in :) So sweet!

Dane Bramage – Me too! He was a ‘tiny’ QT when he crawled through a hole in our fence in February but will be more of a ‘playmate’ for Molly now.

Greatfullivin – Heheheh … I hadn’t considered that, but you might be right. Most of Molly’s friends are girls like her … but fortunately she’s ‘spayed’ so we won’t end up with any unwanted puppies.

Karen – I do too … and I’ll letcha know how the first visit goes.

Sherck – I like that quote too. I enjoyed your Haiku … it brought back ‘memories’ … left a ‘ku in response, but your editor didn’t accept the ‘line breaks’ so it doesn’t LOOK like one.

Sandy – Actually, Molly has LOTS of fur-friends …(people friends too)… but she’ll never turn down a ‘play-date’ … ever!

I appreciate each of you sharing your feedback and I hope you have a wonderful weekend.
