I have the same button but decided to not use it on my blog. I'm happy to see someone use it tho...it's an historical day today. And I'll be glued to the TV.

Happy HoT Tuesday. I went with "FEAT". Come on over if you can find time.

Love the macro ruby photos!!!!

Your macro shots are beautiful. You have such pretty flowers around you! Love the deep ruby colors. Our spring semester starts today, so I've got to go to work and I'll be teaching during the swearing in ceremony, but I'll catch the recaps when I get home. Hi from happy California!

I'll be watching the inauguration too. Such exciting times for our country. I never thought I'd live to see the day that our country came together to elect an African American. I think it's just awesome. Regardless of his color I think he will we a wonderful president and bring some well needed change to our country. Thanks for stopping by and have a great week.

Good Morning, Virginia,
Happy Inauguration Day! What a momentous day it is, and what a challenging path lies before our new president. This is one time I wished I had a television. I'll have to get my news online.

Beautiful flowers, and I've always wanted those ruby slippers that could just take me away somewhere...

I finally posted my 100 things list from your blog a while back!

Such pretty red flowers.

I decided that I would record the inauguration, to share with my husband tonight.

I emailed him the plan. He had already watched it in his office. My daughter watched it at school.

Oh, well, I will be watching it after the fact, alone. Still, rather exciting.

Mark had the day off (he works on Pennsylvania Avenue--in fact, the point where Obama first got out to walk a bit in the parade? He was directly in front of Mark's building!), so after a nice breakfast, we pretty much parked ourselves in front of the tv. Nathan said that they watched it at school, too.

So inspiring!
