Wordless Wednesday # 35 Remembering ...

as I sort through old photos ... reorganizing to add them to my new laptop. These were taken a couple of years ago on St. John's Island in the Caribbean ...

... makes me want to take another cruise ... almost ;--)

Eve shared this as 'follow-up' to Fun Monday's 'Quirk' challenge, and I decided to do it also ... just because. How about YOUR 'quirk factor' ??? Inquiring minds want to know ;--)

Your Quirk Factor: 53%
You're a pretty quirky person, but you're just normal enough to hide it.
Congratulations - you've fooled other people into thinking you're just like them!

Happy WW! That is a beautiful spot. I can't visit places like that or I would never come home!

First of, I did the test...and my quirk factor is 53% and it says -

You're a pretty quirky person, but you're just normal enough to hide it.
Congratulations - you've fooled other people into thinking you're just like them!

LOL

And your photos....oh my! Breathtaking! I'd love to be there right now...now!

Congrats...your new laptop has finally arrive...makes me want for one!

Those pictures are beautiful. We took a cruise to those islands a few years back. These pictures make me want to go back.

Those are so breathtakingly beautiful. Someday maybe I can travel to someplace like that, in the meantime I can travel in my mind with your lovely pictures. Thanks!

How I would love to live in such a place!

Will – Fortunately I live near the ocean on the West Coast of California, but our views are much different than these.

SandyCarlson – I’m glad you enjoyed them. It’s time consuming, but I’m having a great time revisiting old photos as I reorganize and transfer them from my old to new computer.

Mariposa – Methinks I got the same results. Who knew we were so much alike? I’m thrilled with my new laptop and it’s becoming ‘familiar’ as I work with it. I’m delighted you enjoyed these recently rediscovered photos too.

Betty – I know what you mean. I felt much the same way myself this morning … almost ;--)

Vixen – I hope you have the opportunity to travel (if you have the desire to do so) because there are some gorgeous places on this earth! I’m glad I traveled extensively when I was younger and had the opportunity to do so because I’m quite content at home these days.

Randall – I’m not sure I’d love to live there, but it was a beautiful place to visit.

To all – Thanks for dropping by my 34th WW at Small Reflections today. I’ve enjoyed reading and responding to your comments this morning and (if I’ve not already visited yours) will try to drop by later.
Hugs and blessings,

What beautiful photos. Reminds me of Jamaica and Aruba, both places I loved visiting in ancient times when I still went out in the world.

I cannot believe that it's been 3 months already since my cruise *sigh* I wish I could go on another one tomorrow :o)
Wonderful pics!

I just love the Caribbean! Your photos are marvelous, Storyteller! I hope to go there again one day, too!

HRH – The views on St. John’s were awesome just about everywhere, so we were glad we scheduled this side trip and spent a day there.

Raven – I’ve not been to Jamaica or Aruba, but maybe I’ll get there someday ;--)

Lisa – I’ve taken two cruises (one to Alaska and the other to the Caribbean). I love to travel without having to deal with luggage all the time … just once when boarding and once when disembarking makes life so much simpler.

Sandy – The color of the water is so different than here in Southern California, and of course the ocean temperature is much warmer making swimming, wind-surfing, and snorkeling lots more pleasant.

Lori – ‘Twas my pleasure, and thanks for the return visit.

Forgetone – I’m sorry it gave you trouble, but am glad you returned to try again. I can relate to ‘computer issues’ because I was struggling mightily with my old laptop.

Ivanhoe – Wow … it can’t have been 3 months since your cruise can it? It seems like you just got back a couple of weeks ago. Time does fly ;--)

Ari – You’d have to get someone to keep your dogs, but lots of folks WORK on those cruise ships ;--)

WillThink4Wine – I really enjoyed our time there and have pleasant memories. Thanks … I’m glad you enjoyed them and hope you’re able to return one day.

To all - I’m delighted to find your comments as I check my computer after my PSE6 class. I was gone most of yesterday afternoon and didn’t get home until late last night … created my T-13 post early this morning then rushed off to class at 7:30 … so I’ve been BUSY. ‘Tis good to be home catching up on ‘tennis’ and ‘comments. I hope to do some blog visiting too once I get a few more things set up on my new computer. I hope you’re all having a delightful day!

Tina – Thanks. I’ve been going through old photos and reorganizing them now that I’ve got this new laptop with more memory. I suspect I’ll be sharing more as time goes by.
