For your 'Thanksgiving' viewing pleasure ...

Make Time for Small Reflections
NaBloPoMo-Day24
I'm distracted this morning by many things, but happened upon these links a while back and thought they might be fun to share this week. At first I planned to publish them over the three days before Thanksgiving, but somehow it makes more since right now to put them all here ... just because. Enjoy!

Small Reflections ... Smile Back

Thought for Today
"Gratitude unlocks the fullness of life. It turns what we have into enough, and more. It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity. It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home, a stranger into a friend. Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today and creates a vision for tomorrow." Melody Beattie

Hilarious! I'm actually "thankful" to be a vegetarian--I don't have to worry with Tofurkey!

And I LOVE the Charlie Brown Thanksgiving cartoon (actually, I like ALL the CB holiday cartoons). Nathan owns the DVD set of the holiday cartoons and watches them every chance he gets. Over the summer, I got a lot of the Thanksgiving and Christmas one especially. And strangely, we haven't actually watched the Thanksgiving cartoon during this actual Thanksgiving season!

I could not view the Charlie Browns. But it may be because I'm at work (the PC with lot of viewing problems :o)
I'll be pretty busy, too. So I just scheduled a few blog posts for this week.
BTW: My Scrabble© Score is: 13 (Ivanhoe)

Apparently we thinks alike because I put that same quote on my site today and didn't know it was on yours.

I love the Melodie Beattie quote... and enjoyed reading through your gratitude list. My computer is having one of it's wars with video which probably means I need to clear out the cookies again, though it's running the first one, just without sound.

Congrats on your 30 posts in 30 days! Well done.

My connection is too slow for the videos but I love Maxine! Turkey time is fast approaching!

That Thanksgiving turkey banner has me in stitches! Oh, even Dadisodes is here giggling over it :)

I just love the Charlie Brown holiday series. Just hearing the music (which I LOVE the most) reminds me of Thanksgiving as a child, wishing we lived in a place where we could play in snow and wear scarves.

And thankfully, now we do. :)

I love Charlie Brown!!

My scrabble score is 11. Not bad for only 5 letters. It's all about the "Y" baby! :)
