love the CS Lewis quote. wish I could believe it enough to act upon it.
beautiful Iris.. never heard of it before.
I have one but not Azalea, its my peony, whom hubby accidentally mowed. Thankfully I see it coming back but I know it won't have a blossom this year but hoping for next year. Love your flower collage very colorful. Happy weekend!
Color Carnival
Such gorgeous flowers - and a hint of spring in spite of the grey skies.
I've never seen or heard of an African Iris, but it's dainty and beautiful. So glad the azelia is making a comeback!
Lovely flower collage for Color Carnival !
That African Iris was a really beutiful flower !
I don´t believe that I ever seen one before.
Have a nice sunday !
Such colorful flowers in your collage.
I had big plans to plant flowers out this weekend but it's supposed to get down to 1 degree above freezing tonight. With rain all week. Brrrr.
That play sounds very interesting. I have never seen a one man play before.
Great post, lovely photos and I'm glad your Mom's azaleas are coming back. Have a great week.
What a beautifully colored iris!
Beautiful flower collage!
Lovely flowers, beautiful mosaic and interesting post!
We've been experiencing a lot of grey, rainy days too! Mark and I did, however, manage to put in some more hostas, a couple of Jethro Tulls, and fill our deck boxes and barrels with colorful annuals on Friday--yay! Now I can stare out the kitchen window in the morning with my cup of coffee, enjoying the color--and soon, I'll actually be able to sit on the deck! I often think of you when I'm enjoying my own flowers--because you so often write and take lovely pictures of your own!!
That lily is gorgeous. I love the yellow markings.
Lovely flowers and mosaics. Well done!
Pretty flowers for Color Carnival! Hope all is well in your world :-)
