The windows are dirty, please pardon the spots ...

Make Time for Small Reflections

While photographing

this colorful butterfly
I caught reflections

unexpectedly
in the dirty windows of

The butterfly is very pretty and so well captured. It is good to see the reflected palm trees behing the butterfly.

Good post for the meme.

Isn't it wonderful when you get a great shot (like of the butterfly), but then when you see it later you see an extra bonus you didn't notice before! I love the reflection.

I had to smile at the first picture of the butterfly which is awesome - I almost posted a dirty window with a reflected rose. Another week I will for sure. :)
I like the kitty one too!

Stunning creature in your reflection, and wonderful reflections to accompany it!

Breathtaking! With the reflection almost monochrome, the butterfly really stands out!

What a gorgeous photo of that butterfly! And if the spots on the windows are made by four-footed friends, they are the best kind of spots to have! I miss the noseprints that used to be on mine more than I can say, but someday, hopefully in the not too distant future, I'll see those prints again!

XO,

Sheila :-)

Beautiful butterfly captures. The reflections in the glass are an interesting effect, showing what the rest of the garden looks like.

Some of my best photos have dirty windows in the background. They make an interesting backdrop. However, I do not have lovely butterfly pictures like this. Fabulous!!!!
