A while back I asked
what these flowers might be called
... now I think I know
African Iris
(also Fortnight Lily) so
I am most relieved!
If you embiggen
you will see a tiny ant
visiting this bloom
and of course Molly
managed to get 'captured' with
these shadowed blossoms.

Those used to be my favorite flowers. I haven't seen one in years.
What great SS - oh and Molly is very cute!
Nice collage! I'm glad you named that flower. I have some in my yard and I haven't got a clue where they came from because I didn't plant them. :-) They're very pretty.
Nice to see you again Molly!
a flying ant? Or is that a fly and I'm missing the ant because I need to put on stronger glasses?
such a fun iris....don't know if we've ever seen one like that before!

Pretty flowers and beautiful puppy!
A lovely collage! It's always nice to see Molly in there somewhere. I enjoy seeing the non-posed shots of her wandering around wherever you're doing something.
