and Outdoor Wednesday
One last ripe lemon
fell from my tree yesterday
and new green ones are
ripening as the
tree bursts forth in new blossoms
for more summer fruit

I like what you've done with your photoshop technique on the flowers. Very pretty. (My first time with MYM and first time to your site - I'm in SoCal, too!)
That is such a beautiful set of photos - I like your watercolour filter too
Just gorgeous!
Wonderful series of photos! the roses are gorgeous!
You capture so nicely the flowers in the sunny Golden State. Roses are red, of course, but any derivative of red, no matter how light a tone is just fine!
Lovely and so prolific.
wow! that is a whole lot to digest! may i know the site to macro monday and mellow monday? thanks!
Those were amazing bunch of roses! So big!
Have a peek at My World HERE. Happy Tuesday!

Gorgeous roses!
your collage of the lime/lemon tree is so beautiful. I didn't even dream of taking such beautiful photos of my lemon tree.
Such interesting macro shots! Love the red roses too!
Great photos. I'm exhausted thinking of the sheer number!
Looks like that tree is beautiful at all phases! Love the wonderful blooms and seeing the little fruit form!
I love all these photos...especially the roses.

A marvelous post, so many wonderful photographs. Always fun to visit and enjoy what you have to share.
Lemons how cool is that!! Now I get the lyrics from an old song."Lemon tree very pretty..." Do you know of it?
We do not grow tropical trees here except indoors.
Bobby Bare has the lyrics for the song.
