Lisa (of Lisa's Chaos) is hosting Fun Monday this week and asks us ...

"What is one thing you would like to ask your readers? Come up with a question to pose to your visitors and throw it out there on Monday. As we’re all visiting each other’s Fun Monday posts we should answer the various questions we come across.

Although I suspect this is not what Lisa (who takes the most amazing photographs) had in mind, I begin with this 30 second long odd 'Bird Invasion' video. While sitting at the computer on June 30th this year, a strange sound drew me outside and upstairs to my deck. The electrical wires were filled with birds and I watched in amazement ... wondering what drew them here. I rushed downstairs to grab my camera to 'capture' it. Some of the birds had already moved on but this brief clip gives you some idea what it was like. I apologize for the 'blurriness' ... and I have no idea what kind of birds these were. I've lived here almost 30 years and never seen (or heard) anything quite like it.

These birds hung around for about 15 minutes before moving on ... and relative silence was restored to the neighborhood.
